Brand Marketing Intern

Responsibilities

Sales Experience

• Coordinate & understand processes – 5 sites
• Continuous monitoring & maintaining checklists – at least 4 visits per month
• Conduct review meetings; maintain & follow checklists – 1 review meeting per week
• Resolving issues within 7 days of identification

Agency Management

• Inter-department & external stakeholders coordination for billing and execution
• Review with agencies every 15 days

Review Presentation

• Articulate feedback from review calls, meetings & site visits with admin, security, site head and front desk – once every month

Events (Christmas, IP Event, CP Meets)

• Participate in the conceptualisation for the event
• Support in vendor coordination & execution
• Present 2 new ideas for each event

Required Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Flexibility for site visits & on-ground operations
