Brand Marketing Intern

As a Sales Coordinator, your primary role involves coordinating processes across 5 sites and ensuring continuous monitoring and maintenance of checklists with a minimum of 4 visits per month. You will also be responsible for conducting review meetings, maintaining checklists, and resolving identified issues within 7 days. Your responsibilities will also include managing agency relationships by coordinating with inter-departmental and external stakeholders for billing and execution, with regular reviews with agencies every 15 days. Additionally, you will be required to articulate feedback from review calls, meetings, and site visits with various departments such as admin, security, site head, and front desk once every month. In terms of events management, you will participate in conceptualizing events such as Christmas, IP Event, and CP Meets. You will also support vendor coordination and execution while presenting 2 new ideas for each event. To excel in this role, you should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office, a proactive attitude, and eagerness to learn. Flexibility for site visits and on-ground operations is also essential for this position.,
