Brand Marketing Head

As a Brand Marketing Head, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing result-oriented brand and marketing activities to meet customer needs. Your role includes initiating and supporting sales initiatives to improve business and brand visibility. It is crucial to track and observe competition activities in the market, sharing insights with Business Owners to implement strategic decisions. Collaboration with the sales and operations team is essential to devise and implement various below-the-line (BTL) and above-the-line (ATL) activities aimed at enhancing market share. Conducting periodic customer surveys to understand shifts in preferences and brand affinity is part of your responsibilities. You will be in charge of monitoring and designing content and production of all brand marketing collaterals and communications. Devising effective communication and brand marketing strategies for new product launches, events, and promotions is vital. Planning and strategizing various promotional activities, participating in events, conferences, and trade fairs are key aspects to increase brand presence. Additionally, you will be required to organize various camps and health promotions to enhance rural penetration. Defining key metrics for result-oriented marketing and communication activities and evaluating results periodically with dashboards will be part of your routine tasks.
