Job Description

As a Brand Executive at Andamen, you will play a crucial role in redefining luxury through craftsmanship, quality, and timeless design. Your responsibilities will revolve around operations, content, and community to contribute to building one of India's leading homegrown luxury brands. **Key Responsibilities:** - Run brand operations from start to finish including managing calendars, coordinating shoots, and executing campaigns. - Oversee User Generated Content (UGC) and influencer activations by handling deals, product operations, and communications effectively. - Develop and implement community programs that foster deeper connections and enhance brand loyalty. - Assist in brand storytelling and activations with a keen focus on detail and aesthetics. **Qualifications Required:** - 2 - 4 years of experience in retail, luxury, or niche FMCG/startups is preferred. - Background in design and marketing, with additional experience from NIFT or design schools considered as a bonus. - Proficient in operations and multitasking, demonstrating a strong attention to detail. - Possess strong creative sensibilities and a proactive approach to tasks. - Exhibit high ownership, passion, and a preference for quick decision-making. - Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and agencies. - Understanding and appreciation for the essence of homegrown luxury. - Bonus: Comfortable with data analysis and deriving insights. **Location:** Andamen HO, Gurgaon As a Brand Executive at Andamen, you will play a crucial role in redefining luxury through craftsmanship, quality, and timeless design.
