Job Description

As a Brand Marketing Director, you will be responsible for leading the strategy, positioning, and marketing communications to build and strengthen the brand's reputation in India and global markets. Working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, you will define the brand story and manage campaigns as a top-tier digital marketing partner. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and own the overall brand strategy, including voice, tone, visual identity, and market positioning. - Strengthen brand equity across owned, earned, and paid channels. - Conduct competitive benchmarking and audience research to refine positioning. - Oversee content, PR, events, and digital marketing efforts for brand awareness. - Develop and execute integrated campaigns (digital, social, events, media, etc.) to promote thought leadership and service capabilities. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure external communication reflects the brand's voice and values. - Build visibility through media partnerships, award submissions, industry reports, and executive profiling. - Manage PR agencies and relationships with journalists and publications. - Drive content-led campaigns highlighting success stories, innovations, and client impact. - Define KPIs for brand marketing efforts such as awareness, engagement, share of voice, and lead contribution. - Use analytics and reporting to measure and optimize campaign performance. - Lead and mentor a marketing team, including content, design, PR, and social media professionals. - Work cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and HR to ensure brand consistency across touchpoints. Qualifications & Experience: - 10-15 years of experience in brand marketing, corporate communications, or integrated marketing roles. - Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or technology sectors preferred. - Proven track record of managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and building brand equity. - Strong storytelling, creative, and analytical skills. - Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
