Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Punjab, India, for a Brand Manager. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies to increase visibility, drive growth, and enhance brand value. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying target audiences, creating marketing campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams. The role also involves managing brand consistency across all communications, monitoring market trends, and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

• Expertise in Marketing Strategies, Digital Marketing, and Consumer Behavior
• Strong skills in Communication, Copywriting, and Content Development
• Proficiency in using Marketing Tools, Analytics Platforms, and Social Media for brand promotion
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Understanding of financial markets and experience in the financial services industry is a plus
