About the Role:

Highly motivated and experienced Brand Manager to lead and manage our product line, ensuring consistent brand growth, positioning, and profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and product line management with a proven track record of driving business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute brand strategies to build market presence and achieve business goals.
• Manage and grow the assigned product line, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to drive brand positioning and product innovation.
• Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches across offline & online channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and digital marketing to ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor brand performance, track ROI, and provide actionable insights to improve strategies.
• Ensure alignment of all brand communication with company values and vision.
• Build and manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.

Key Requirements:

• MBA in Marketing from a recognized institute (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar marketing role.
• Proven experience in managing product lines/portfolios.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and brand positioning.
• Excellent skills in strategic planning, communication, and leadership.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing, market research, and campaign management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹1,850,000.00 - ₹2,250,000.00 per year
