Brand Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Continuous immersion with customer and channel to bring about insights and counter measures for the smooth functioning of the brand.
• Unearth insights from primary & secondary research and be the voice of consumer logic.
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors- activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
• Collaborating with creative/advertising / Market research agencies to create communication strategy and define brand positioning & creation of brand voice
• Driving Thought leadership through driving key innovations on Brand Roadmap
• Create the marketing calendar; devise and execute monthly and quarterly marketing plans across offline and online media to meet the desired communication objectives
• Own and drive brand partnerships, handle strategic and day-to-day brand development projects
• Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Work with creative agencies, production houses and media buying agencies to ensure that quality communication is rolled out across touchpoints
• Complete oversight from brief to output for all campaigns
• Driving Innovations to create differentiation
• Create visibility to drive TOMA and preference for the brand
• Management of workflows & timelines for development of campaigns
• Effectively monitors the routine functioning of brand with strong focus on planned target achievement
• Monitoring of spend efficiency.
• Closely interact with the sales teams to understand gaps and requirements to achieve the deployed targets and implement countermeasures to mitigate risks.
• Measure and MIS creation of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand, Sales, Product, Digital) to integrate offline and online experiences
• Training and educating internal stakeholders on customer-centric approaches and best practices to foster a customer-focused culture throughout the organisation
• Driving Marketing automation thru cross-functional collaboration.
• Own and drive brand partnerships, handle strategic and day-to-day brand development projects in creating Customer touch point delights
• Translate brand strategies into brand plans and go-to-market strategies
• Identify local insights and consumer behavior to tailor region-specific Customer Engagement strategies.
• Driving Thought leadership through driving key innovations on Key stakeholder / Customer Engagement in line with the Brand Roadmap

Preferred candidate profile

Any graduate/post graduate with 10+ years of experience in marketing.

Must have good experience in BTL activities to create brand consideration.

Should have done digital campaigns, SEO activation.
