Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and creative Brand Manager with at least 1 year of experience in managing and executing branding initiatives across both online and offline channels. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, offline activations, and customer engagement to build a strong, consistent brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute branding campaigns across digital (social media, website, email) and offline (events, print, POS) platforms.
  • Must have knowledge of ATL (Above the line ) and BTL ( Below the line) Activities for Brand Manager.
  • Work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Create engaging brand content and communication strategies that reflect brand values.
  • Monitor brand performance using analytics tools and present insights for improvement.
  • Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and media partners for promotional and advertising activities.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all channels and materials.
  • Manage customer engagement strategies both online and through offline events or experiences.
  • Hands-on experience in planning, executing, and managing offline brand events to enhance customer engagement and drive brand visibility. Successfully organized and led multiple brand activations such as product launches, school/college outreach programs, trade shows, exhibitions, and retail promotions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 year of experience in brand management across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Strong Knowledge of Traditional campaign performance metrics.
  • Ability to think creatively and analytically.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the [insert industry, e.g., Education/Retail/FMCG] sector.
  • Exposure to influencer marketing, community building, and local branding initiatives.
  • Experience from Education Publishing House is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
