The role requires a unique blend of scientific knowledge and marketing acumen to effectively communicate product benefits to healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Communication: Develop and execute targeted scientific communication strategies for healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists. Content Creation: Design evidence-based marketing materials such as product literature, presentations, and digital content to highlight product efficacy. Medical Education Programs: Plan and host symposia, workshops, and medical education events for the professional community. R&D Collaboration: Work with R&D teams to translate clinical data into market-ready insights and product positioning. Clinical Studies: Design, oversee, and interpret clinical studies to validate product claims and ensure efficacy. Sales Enablement: Conduct training sessions for sales teams to equip them with the scientific knowledge required for effective product promotion. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all communication aligns with medical ethics and regulatory guidelines. Industry Representation: Act as the companys ambassador at medical conferences, professional forums, and other industry events. Market Analysis: Stay informed about scientific trends and emerging research in baby care to guide innovation and product development. Qualifications: A doctor's degree (BAMS or equivalent) is required. At least 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably in paediatrics or dermatology . Strong understanding of baby care products and relevant medical conditions. Proven experience in medical writing and delivering presentations to healthcare professionals. In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry compliance standards. Proficient in data analysis and interpretation of clinical studies.
