Job Description

Job responsibilities: Planning & Execution of various brand promotions, ATL, BTL, Events etc. Efficient in handling Barters and forming Strategic Alliances Innovate and drive Listeners/clients engagement platforms by planning and leading the 360 degree engagement strategy . Get market research studies done via team to gather relevant data and provide insights. Collaborate with Internal/External creatives & designs team/agencies for online & offline campaigns Coordinate all internal and external events (e.g. customer event, seminar, Show Launch, etc.) how team is presenting and using them and do re-drafting & re-designing the presentations as per the requirement. Support to develop promotion program/ initiatives for Stakeholders & Listeners Drive Market research etc Track all marketing expense and budget Measurement of Marketing Campaigns To develop and maintain a database of media contacts Campaign management and execution - ATL/BTL. Key skills set: Must have excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal & written communication skills - English & Hindi Strong business acumen skills Creative thinker with strong analytical skills Individual contributor role, should be self-driven
