Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all creative development

    across traditional media channels:
    • Print ads

      (newspapers, magazines)
    • TV commercials (TVC)

      script development, storyboard, shoot coordination
    • Outdoor advertising

      billboards, transit ads, hoardings
    • Marketing collaterals

      – brochures, flyers, project booklets, standees, etc.
  • Work closely with creative agencies, production houses, and internal design teams to deliver high-quality brand campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales and project teams to align messaging and visual identity with target customer segments and project positioning.
  • Ensure all creatives reflect a strong, consistent brand language across campaigns and regions.
  • Coordinate and supervise TVC shoots – from concept development, agency briefing, casting, location scouting to post-production.
  • Plan print media placements and scheduling in coordination with media buying teams.
  • Maintain brand integrity and ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct creative reviews and benchmarking of competitor branding efforts.
  • Track campaign performance for traditional media (where applicable) and optimize creative based on feedback and results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in brand management with a focus on

    traditional advertising and creative development

    , preferably in

    real estate, FMCG, retail

    , or similar industries.
  • Strong portfolio of past campaigns in print, TVC, and OOH.
  • Proven experience working with creative agencies and production vendors.
  • Excellent understanding of design, copy, and film language.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills — especially for handling TVCs and large-scale campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight timelines.
  • Good aesthetic and visual judgment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of regional languages and customer sensibilities (for localizing creatives).
  • Experience in real estate marketing and understanding of buyer personas.
  • Familiarity with real estate brochures, site branding, and launch collateral.
