Job Description

self-funded, founder-led D2C brand in the beauty and wellness space

mid-level Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities

Own and maintain
brand communication, messaging, and tone
across digital touchpoints
Work closely with founders to shape
brand positioning and product storytelling
Support
product and launch communication
with clear, benefit-led narratives
Ensure consistency across content, ads, website, and customer communication
Translate consumer feedback (reviews, comments, DMs) into stronger brand messaging
Coordinate with designers, creators, and the performance marketing team to keep all creatives on-brand
Track basic brand and campaign performance and support ongoing improvements

Candidate Profile

3-5 years of experience in
D2C or digital-first consumer brands
Hands-on exposure to
brand communication, content, or launch messaging
Comfortable working in a
founder-led, early-stage environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willing to be execution-focused with growing ownership

Who This Role Is Not For

Senior brand leaders or consultants
ATL, PR, or event-focused profiles
Performance-only or growth-only marketers
Candidates looking for team leadership or agency management at this stage
