Job Description

EXPERIENCE REQUISITE

  • 1-3 years of experience in the similar field
  • Must be able to organize workload, lead meetings, prepare & present reports, and think for the brand (ideation)
  • Must have knowledge of social media and what's trending
  • Background in marketing agency is must
  • Must have worked on ideation
  • Knowledge of B2B and B2C brands.
  • Exposure to pitches is preferred
  • Creative bent is preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work on client management & internal coordination for brands, depending on their mandate.
  • Be the bridge between the client and the various departments internally
  • Sharing creative input on ideas and campaigns by having primary experience in managing & interacting with online consumers and brands.
  • Managing multiple client accounts - should be good with multi tasking
  • Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction.
  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key.
  • Analysis metrics and exceed those goals throughout the campaign.
  • Provide input on new processes and workflows as needed.
  • Attend & cover events when necessary. They are a LOT OF FUN. We promise.
  • Liaison with third-party vendors, influencers, partner firms on behalf of the brand for campaigns & projects.
  • Keeping abreast with new trends in the industry.
  • Ideation for topicals, campaigns, trends, reels and more

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUISITES

  • Professional-level proficiency in English.
  • Advanced knowledge of Social Media Channels,
  • Basic knowledge of Digital Media
  • Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills.

QUALIFICATION REQUISITES

  • Graduate or holder of UGC approved Diploma in Mass Media / Marketing Communication / Advertising or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of work experience with a digital/social/advertising/creative agency.
