With over 50 herbal supplements for various ailments, Charak specializes in converting traditional herbal knowledge into modern standardized products. The company's products are recognized for their efficacy, safety, and interesting buying propositions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop visually appealing designs for print, digital, and multimedia platforms, including but not limited to advertisements, brochures, websites, social media, and presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to conceptualize and execute design projects.
• Create and refine brand assets such as logos, typography, and color schemes to ensure consistency across all materials.
• Edit and retouch images to meet project requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Prepare final layouts for production, ensuring technical accuracy and quality.
• Take feedback constructively and make necessary adjustments to designs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education

  : Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• Experience

  : 5+ years of professional experience as a graphic artist or designer.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Corel Draw, Canva and equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
• Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Creative suite, Branding design, Typography, Layout Creative Direction, Print Production) is a plus.
• Software like Blender & Key shot is added advantage.
• Knowledge of print production and digital asset optimization.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
