Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing branch operations including coordination with technicians and field staff
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests
• Maintain records of installations, services, inventory, and reports
• Liaise with banks, government offices, and vendors as per project requirements
• Oversee execution of security system installations and after-sales service follow-ups
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for submission to the Head Office
• Maintain and operate time-lock systems to ensure secure access to high-value storage

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate/ Diploma in Electrical or Electronic
• Experience: 5-8years in operations, service coordination, or administrative roles
• Technical Awareness: Basic understanding of CCTV and security systems is a plus
• Computer Skills: MS Office (Word, Excel), Email, and basic documentation
• Other Requirements
• Honest, reliable, and willing to learn
• Comfortable with field coordination and basic customer handling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,034.50 - ₹49,818.65 per month
