About the Role

Brand Identity Designer

Responsibilities

• Create logo concepts, brand marks, and visual identity systems.
• Build complete brand guidelines including colors, typography, iconography, and usage rules.
• Develop marketing and communication assets (social posts, presentations, packaging, etc.).
• Translate brand strategy and values into clear visual direction.
• Work with the content, marketing, and product teams to keep brand visuals consistent.
• Create layouts for digital and print platforms when needed.
• Present ideas, explain design decisions, and refine based on feedback.
• Ensure all brand touchpoints follow the same visual language.
• Support website and UI teams with brand-aligned visual elements.
• Stay updated with design trends, styles, and modern brand practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Brand Designer, Visual Designer, or Identity Designer.
• Strong portfolio showing brand identity work (logos, guidelines, visual systems).
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma (optional but useful).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
• Ability to create clean and modern visual styles tailored to different industries.
• Experience in building complete brand kits and style guides.
• Good communication skills to present concepts and explain decisions.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Motion design knowledge (Lottie, After Effects, simple animations) is a plus.
