About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and creative Brand Growth Executive to drive brand visibility, engagement, and growth across digital and offline channels. You will work closely with the marketing, content, and business teams to develop and execute strategies that boost brand recognition and customer acquisition. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement brand growth strategies aligned with business goals Execute digital campaigns across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and more Collaborate with influencers, partners, and creators to enhance brand reach Monitor market trends, competitors, and audience behaviour. Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results Assist in planning brand activations and offline marketing initiatives Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints Requirements 1+ Year Experience in the same field , or sales or marketing. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Proven experience in brand marketing, growth, or digital campaigns Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
