Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Agency Coordination (PAN India): Manage and coordinate with external agencies across India to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and branding activities.
ATL & BTL Activities: Plan, execute, and monitor Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing initiatives to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
Presentation Development: Create impactful PowerPoint presentations for internal reviews, client meetings, and campaign proposals.
Expense Management: Maintain and track branding-related expenses in Excel sheets, ensuring accuracy and adherence to allocated budgets.
Branding Material Awareness: Oversee and ensure proper usage of branding materials such as ACP sheets, LED lights, flex boards, one-way vision graphics, and other promotional assets.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of marketing and branding strategies.
Hands-on experience in managing ATL & BTL campaigns.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors across regions.
Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
Negotiation and budget management.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of relevant experience in marketing, branding, or agency coordination.
