Brand designer trainer

Techoftheday Academy is looking for a creative, passionate, and skilled Visual Design Trainer to educate and inspire aspiring designers. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions on graphic design principles, tools, and industry best practices. This role demands a strong grasp of design fundamentals, software proficiency, and the ability to guide students in building compelling portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and interactive sessions on visual/graphic design, UI/UX fundamentals, branding, and layout design.
• Teach industry-standard tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and Canva.
• Develop and update training materials, projects, and assignments tailored to different learning levels.
• Guide students in creating professional design portfolios and real-world projects.
• Conduct one-on-one mentoring sessions to provide constructive feedback and skill development guidance.
• Stay up to date with current design trends, tools, and techniques, and incorporate them into training.
• Assess student performance through practical tasks, quizzes, and reviews.
• Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve curriculum and delivery methods.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in visual design, graphic design, or UI/UX design (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
• Strong proficiency in design tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Previous experience in training, mentoring, or teaching is a plus.
• Ability to simplify complex design concepts for beginners and intermediate learners.
• Bachelor’s degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
