Brand designer trainer

As a Visual Design Trainer at Techoftheday Academy, your role is to educate and inspire aspiring designers by delivering high-quality training sessions on graphic design principles, tools, and industry best practices. You will impart a strong grasp of design fundamentals, software proficiency, and guide students in building compelling portfolios. Your responsibilities will include: - Delivering engaging and interactive sessions on visual/graphic design, UI/UX fundamentals, branding, and layout design - Teaching industry-standard tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and Canva - Developing and updating training materials, projects, and assignments tailored to different learning levels - Guiding students in creating professional design portfolios and real-world projects - Conducting one-on-one mentoring sessions to provide constructive feedback and skill development guidance - Assessing student performance through practical tasks, quizzes, and reviews - Collaborating with the academic team to continuously improve curriculum and delivery methods The ideal candidate for this position should have proven experience in visual design, graphic design, or UI/UX design (minimum 2-3 years preferred). Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva is required. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, and previous experience in training, mentoring, or teaching is a plus. Ability to simplify complex design concepts for beginners and intermediate learners is highly valued. A Bachelor's degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
