Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Brand Designer to support one of our fastest-growing food brands. This role will champion the visual identity and design execution across key brand initiatives, including innovation launches, communication programs, packaging, and occasion-based expansions such as Ready-to-Eat offerings.
Working closely with the Design Manager and cross-functional partners, the Brand Designer will help elevate the brand’s design language, strengthen its visual consistency across touchpoints, and bring consumer-centric creativity into every project. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, thinks in systems, and can translate insights into meaningful brand experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the visual identity and design expression for assigned brands within the portfolio.

Collaborate closely with senior design leaders, brand marketing teams, consumer insights, and global design partners.

Develop compelling creative concepts, design scenarios, and visual solutions aligned with brand strategy.

Participate in consumer research and translate insights into actionable design requirements.

Drive final design recommendations and approvals, ensuring production-ready assets that meet brand, quality, and performance standards.

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency across packaging, communication, and new product initiatives.

Present design concepts clearly and confidently to internal teams and external partners.

Maintain strong project management discipline to meet timelines in a fast-moving environment.
Qualifications:
Professional Experience & Skills

5+ years of professional design experience in FMCG, branding, packaging, or related fields.

Strong design taste, craftsmanship, and a refined aesthetic sensibility.

High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with 3D design tools is a plus.

Strong design management and project ownership capabilities.

Ability to thrive in dynamic, ambiguous environments and manage multiple workstreams.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence across stakeholder levels.

Strong collaboration skills and the ability to keep partners informed and aligned.

Fluency in English required; proficiency in a South Asian regional language is an advantage.
