Brand Designer

Overview:

As a Brand Designer you would be responsible for visually shaping and shaping a brand’s identity across various touch points. By combining creativity, strategic thinking, and design expertise to develop cohesive brand systems that reflect the brand’s core values, voice, and goals. This includes logo design, typography, colour palettes, visual language, packaging, and other branded assets.

Responsibilities:

• Branding First: Create compelling brand identities from the ground up—logos, typography, colour palettes, iconography, and visual systems that are cohesive and scalable.
• Concept to Execution: Translate strategic brand positioning into stunning visuals across digital and print.
• Consistency is Key: Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistent use across all touch points.
• Collaborate Creatively: Work closely with strategists, content creators to bring branding ideas to life across campaigns, websites, packaging, and social media.
• Trend-spotting: Stay ahead of design and branding trends, incorporating fresh, global perspectives into your work.
• Presentation Mastery: Present design concepts to internal teams and clients with confidence and strategic rationale.

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in branding-focused graphic design roles (agency background preferred).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand identity design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Solid understanding of typography, layout principles, and colour theory.
• Ability to think conceptually and execute with pixel-perfect precision.
• Excellent communication skills—both visual and verbal.
• Bonus: Motion graphics, packaging design, or web design experience.
