Job Description:
- Performing market analysis and analyzing research findings.
- Creating marketing campaigns based on market and consumer insights.
- Creating the Annual Marketing Plan and ensuring its implementation.
- Regular end-consumer interactions and documentation.
- Regular competition analysis to monitor competitors communication and promotions.
- Driving/guiding external creative/advertising/website agencies (online & offline) with the right brief and insights.
- Conducting and collecting product feedback from trade partners and end-consumers and relaying the information to management in a consumable manner.
- Serving as the single point of contact for all data, collecting information from clients, libraries, and other sources.
- Spearheading offline activations (e.g., parks, malls, residential communities, etc.) by working with agencies and client teams.
- Providing insights on the on-ground activities conducted by the competition.
- Proactively monitoring new product launches and category innovations.
- Maintaining a rapport with the sales team and trade partners to gain more insights into consumer sentiments.
- Conducting periodic market visits.
- Constantly looking for newer promotional avenues.
- Interviewing clients, customers, and competitors and working with the client in a team environment.
- Communicating team findings and ideas to the client.
- Participating in and leading brainstorming sessions.
- Developing and testing hypotheses about clients issues.
- Meeting with team members to develop work plans and lay out project strategy.
- Planning and conducting online and field research at client sites and in the market.
