Job Summary:

Prakala Wealth Pvt Ltd is seeking dynamic and experienced Branch Managers to lead and grow our branch operations in Madurai and Trichy. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in wealth management, team leadership, client relationship management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

· Branch Leadership:

o Lead and manage all branch operations ensuring smooth functioning.

o Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.

· Business Development:

o Identify and acquire HNI and UHNI clients for wealth management solutions.

o Drive sales of mutual funds, insurance, bonds, PMS, AIFs, and other financial products.

o Develop and implement strategic plans to meet branch sales targets.

· Team Management:

· Recruit, train, and mentor relationship managers and sales executives.

· Monitor team performance and provide guidance to improve productivity.

· Client Relationship Management:

· Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

· Provide customized investment advice and financial planning based on client profiles and goals.

· Reporting & Compliance:

· Ensure timely MIS reporting to senior management.

· Maintain complete compliance with SEBI, AMFI, and internal audit guidelines.

Requirements:

· Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related fields. MBA/CFP/CFA preferred.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth management/financial services.

· Proven track record in team handling and achieving sales targets.

· Strong knowledge of mutual funds, insurance, financial planning, and regulatory norms.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and handle branch-level decision-making.
