Assistant Relationship Manager

As an Assistant Relationship Manager at our leading mutual fund distribution company, you will collaborate with senior relationship managers to support in managing and nurturing client relationships. Your responsibilities will include assisting in client on-boarding, maintaining regular communication with clients, preparing client reports, and coordinating client meetings. Your role will involve administrative tasks, client interactions, and ensuring client needs are met effectively. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. While a B.Com or M.Com degree is preferable, freshers are also welcome to apply. Ideally, you should have 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing or customer service role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, is required. Having the NISM Series 5 Mutual Fund Distribution Certification would be advantageous. Skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, client on-boarding, data entry, communication, and time management will also be valuable in this role. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the work location is in-person.
