Branch Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Drive

  overall NTB acquisition

  for CASA, FD, RD, and other retail banking products.
• Own and deliver

  CASA growth targets

  (Savings & Current Accounts).
• Drive

  Third Party Products (TPP)

  such as Insurance (Life/General), Mutual Funds, and Investment products.
• Maximize

  cross-sell opportunities

  across banking products including loans, cards, and digital products.
• Achieve branch-level

  monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

  .

Channel & Team Management

• Drive sales through

  branch sales channels.

• Personally contribute to high-value sourcing and key client acquisition.
  
• Conduct regular sales reviews, performance tracking, and pipeline management.
  
• Coach and mentor team members to improve productivity and conversion ratios.
  

Customer Experience & Relationship Management

• Ensure

  excellent customer service standards

  and high customer satisfaction.
• Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  
• Build long-term relationships with high-value and key customers.
  

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure

  100% compliance

  with bank policies, RBI regulations, KYC/AML norms, and audit requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to internal control guidelines.
  
• Support internal and external audits and close observations within defined timelines.
  

Branch Operations Support

• Work closely with Branch Head and Operations teams to ensure smooth end-to-end customer journeys.
  
• Ensure adherence to service TATs and operational efficiency.
