Job Summary The Branch Sales Manager (BSM) is responsible for driving sales and business development activities at the branch level. The BSM will manage a team of sales executives or advisors, develop business through direct and agency channels, and ensure branch profitability by achieving assigned targets. Key Responsibilities Drive life insurance sales through the branch by managing and mentoring a team of sales executives/advisors. Identify and recruit quality agents/advisors and provide training and motivation to enhance productivity. Manage daily operations of the branch, including sales tracking, customer service, and compliance. Set performance benchmarks for the branch and monitor achievement of targets. Organize customer meets, branch activities, and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and business. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction and policy persistency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless policy issuance, servicing, and claims processing. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competition, and market developments.
