Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
Conduct credit appraisals and assess customer creditworthiness for loan approvals.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-9 years of experience in MSME lending or related field (Business Loan, Personal Loans, Unsecured Loans).
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
