Branch Sales Executive For Pumps and Motors - Trichy

We are a family owned business operating since 1954, manufacturing pumps and motors. With 68+ years of technical expertise, engineering legacy and innovative solutions, we have been serving customers across different industries to meet their pumping requirement. we are looking for a design professional to be a part the legacy and help us design and develop products that meet our customer requirements. Our organization is structured and operates in serving the customer best possible way and the candidate should be customer centric and align themselves to the organizational goal.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead & Support Business growth strategy through Marketing Activities
• Work closely with Marketing Head and formulate Marketing Campaigns for product launches & brand promotions. Conduct marketing campaign audits
• Support sales team to achieve their objectives by providing relevant product information, organizing trainings, etc...
• Conduct mechanical meetings through our channel partners in the specified regions.
• Meeting with existing dealers and maintain business relationship.
• Identify, analyze, and appoint new dealers in new markets.
• Create and maintain market intelligence data base obtained through extensive market research and feedback.
• Develop strategy for individual markets together with the sales team.
• Organizing marketing materials (flyers, broachers, presentations, etc...) for planned marketing activities.
• Provide market feedback for the R&D to improve existing products and NPD.

Education and Experience:

• B.E or MBA or any equivalent qualification.
• 4-6 years of industry experience preferably in the Agri or industrial pumps

The ideal candidate for this role must be

• Willing to travel 30% to 40% of the time visiting customers.
• Proactive, Assertive and highly self motivated.
• Good planning and organizing skills, Problem solving skills, creative thinking and analytical skills.
• Integrity on the job, team working capability and active listening skill.
• Customer centric and demonstrate interpersonal skills.
