We are looking for a Dispatch Engineer who has an eye for details and proactive in nature to be able to coordinate and manage daily dispatch activities. The role of the candidate is to l ensure right materials are despatched at the right time while maintaining strong coordination with Production and Sales teams. Key Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and oversee daily dispatch operations based on production schedules. Lead and Supervise Packing and finishing teams. Coordinate with Order Fulfillment teams and Prodiction teams for day to day despatch activities. Report Stock status of various product lines. Maintain Despatch data and document finishe Communicate and update Sales teams with despatch status and and ensure on-time delivery. Qualifications: BSc/ Bcom/Diploma/or any related Bachelor’s degree/, Quality Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a production or quality supervisory role, preferably in a Pumps and Motor manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control procedures. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP/MRP systems. Key Competencies: Being Proactive, Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Strong organizational and time management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Quick learner- Must get familier with Companys' products and names.
