Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Relationship Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Build and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry and its regulations.
