We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Relationship Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in sales or relationship management. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape. Build and maintain a strong understanding of client needs and provide tailored solutions. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization. Job Requirements Proven experience in sales or relationship management within the BFSI industry. Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including emerging enterprise banking. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with UCV (Unified Credit View) systems and processes is an added advantage.
