We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Relationship Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients. Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Provide exceptional customer service and promptly resolve client complaints. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by selling products and services. Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including UCV. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with emerging enterprise banking clients is an added advantage.
