Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Relationship Officer located in Hoshangabad. The Branch Relationship Officer will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and handling financial transactions. Daily tasks include managing customer accounts, assisting with sales and finance strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Business Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Sales skills
Finance knowledge and skills
Excellent Communication skills
Ability to work on-site in Hoshangabad
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
