Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition:
Sourcing new-to-bank (NTB) clients, often within specific segments like Medium Enterprises, by identifying opportunities through networking and market intelligence.
Portfolio Management:
Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Relationship Growth:
Identifying opportunities to expand business volumes from existing clients and provide a high level of service.
Financial Analysis:
Conducting detailed financial analysis and preparing credit notes for new and existing clients.
Risk Evaluation:
Evaluating client risks and structuring proposals in line with the bank's credit policies.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Liaising with internal credit teams for proposal discussions and approvals.

Required Skills

Relationship Management:
Building and expanding strong client relationships.
Wealth Management:
Understanding and managing the financial needs of clients.
Portfolio Management:
Overseeing and growing a portfolio of clients' assets and liabilities.
Communication & Presentation:
Effectively communicating financial needs and product offerings to clients and internal teams.
Financial Analysis:
The ability to evaluate financial data and understand credit risk.
