Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in managing receivables and handling cash operations.
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch's receivables, ensuring timely payments and minimizing bad debts.

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify and address potential risks associated with new customer acquisitions.

Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including receipts, payments, and outstanding balances.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to receivables management.

Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the bank's receivables portfolio.

Job

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and banking practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience working in a similar role within the BFSI industry is preferred.
