Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in handling receivables and collections.
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch's receivables and collections.

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues related to payments.

Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delinquency rates and collection times.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Maintain accurate records and reports of all transactions and interactions with customers.

Job

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Experience working in a similar role within the BFSI industry is preferred.
