Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 11-14 years of experience in the BFSI industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the branch's receivables, ensuring timely payments and minimizing bad debts.
Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce receivables.
Collaborate with the collections team to resolve outstanding issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the bank's receivables.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to receivables.
Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving complaints.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, particularly in finance and banking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
