Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch receivables function. Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues. Analyze and report on key performance indicators related to receivables management. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Provide training and guidance to junior staff members. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws governing the BFSI sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer and stakeholder interaction. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. Experience working in a similar role within the BFSI industry is preferred.
