Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch receivables function. Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and issues. Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the bank's receivables portfolio. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Provide training and guidance to junior staff members on receivables procedures and best practices. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
