Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Branch Promoter Trainer located in Satna, with some work from home acceptable. The Branch Promoter Trainer will be responsible for training and developing promoters, ensuring they understand LG's products, values, and sales methodologies. The role involves conducting training sessions, measuring the effectiveness of training programs, and continuously improving branch Sellout performance and drive premium products portfolio Sellout. The trainer will also be responsible for providing feedback and mentoring to promoters to enhance their performance and achieve sales targets.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the technology or electronics industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field
