Branch Product Head

The job requires you to lead the sales function for specific regions and implement the IP sales strategy in alignment with the overall objectives. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets for Low Voltage Switchgear including Power Distribution Products, Motor Control Products, and Power Quality Solutions in the assigned territory. Your focus will be on ensuring responsible growth to achieve maximum profitability and growth while upholding the company's culture and values. You will need to establish business plans to expand the customer base in the assigned territory and gain market share. It is crucial to execute and continuously monitor an action plan for yourself as well as for the team to effectively search for business opportunities. Initiating and coordinating the development of action plans to penetrate new markets will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will assist in the deployment and implementation of marketing plans and provide timely feedback to and from the team while keeping senior management updated on performance and behavior Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Maintaining, monitoring, presenting, and discussing accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports is fundamental to this role. You will be expected to lead from the front on large projects/prospects and create/conduct necessary proposals, presentations, or promotional activities. Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensuring that they are effectively communicated, understood, and implemented within the team is essential. Education: Any B.E/B.Tech Electrical from the relevant industry. Experience: 10-12 years of experience in Sales Management. Industry Preferred: Building Automation, Electrical Manufacturing, Electrical Automation, Switch Gear.,
