Branch Operations Manager (clinic)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient patient flow and high-quality care.

2. Manage staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

3. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to improve clinic operations.

4. Coordinate with healthcare providers, administrators, and other stakeholders.

5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and industry best practices.

6. Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

7. Handle patient complaints and concerns, resolving issues promptly.

2. Experience in healthcare operations or management.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Saroornagar, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• MANAGER: 2 years (Required)
