Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Palanpur for a Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role involves handling loan applications, conducting market research, building relationships with customers, and implementing strategies to improve branch performance. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

Management and leadership skills, including team management and organizational abilities
Experience in financial services, particularly in home loan management
Customer service and relationship-building skills
Strong sales and marketing skills to achieve sales targets
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Knowledge of the local market and housing finance is a plus
