Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead and manage our catering operations in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in catering/food service management and strong leadership skills to handle day-to-day branch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage branch catering operations.
  • Coordinate with kitchen, service, and housekeeping teams.
  • Ensure quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage staff scheduling and supervision.
  • Monitor inventory, cost control, and daily reporting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in catering/hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle large-scale operations and manpower management.
  • Flexible to work long/irregular hours as per events.
