As the Academic & Operational Leader, your role will involve overseeing the daily operations of the academy branch. This includes managing academic scheduling, faculty, and student services to ensure smooth functioning. Your key responsibilities will be: - Ensure effective implementation of curriculum and training programs in alignment with academic standards. - Supervise teaching staff, administrative personnel, and support staff to ensure quality service delivery. - Candidates residing nearby areas are preferred for this role. In the domain of Business Development & Enrollment, you will be responsible for driving student enrollment through various strategies such as local marketing, community engagement, and partnerships with schools or institutions. Your tasks will include: - Achieving branch targets related to student admissions, retention, and program expansion. - Organizing open houses, parent meetings, and outreach events to promote the academy. Your role will also involve People Management where you will recruit, train, and retain faculty and staff. You will conduct performance evaluations, provide development opportunities, and create a positive environment for staff and students. Your responsibilities will include: - Resolving internal issues related to staff, scheduling, or student management. In terms of Customer Satisfaction, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high levels of parent and student satisfaction through quality academic delivery and support. You will address any escalated concerns from students or parents promptly and professionally.
