Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Sitamarhi. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, managing a team, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining loan book quality. Additional tasks include implementing company policies, conducting performance reviews, and building relationships with local entrepreneurs to expand business opportunities.

Leadership and team management skills
Experience in financial services and loan management
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of branch operations and compliance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on-site in Sitamarhi
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in NBFC or banking sector is a plus
