Role Description This is a full-time role for a Team Leader in Audit. The Team Leader will oversee the preparation of audit reports, perform IT audits, and apply their analytical skills to review financial data. The role involves developing and implementing audit plans, assessing risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing recommendations for improvements. This is an on-site role located in Varanasi. Qualifications Experience in preparing Audit Reports and conducting Audits Proficiency in IT Audit and relevant technologies Strong Analytical Skills for assessing financial data Background in Finance and financial regulations Excellent organizational and leadership skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA, or CISA) preferred Ability to work effectively in an on-site team-based environment
