Role Overview

The Field Sales Manager will drive revenue growth for our EdTech & project-management software by identifying opportunities, meeting institutional and corporate clients in assigned regions, and closing high-quality deals. The role requires strong field-selling skills, relationship building, and consistent achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct

  field sales visits

  across assigned territory to generate leads, demo products, and close deals.
• Own the

  full sales cycle

  : prospecting pitching negotiation contract closure.
• Achieve and exceed

  monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

  .
• Build strong relationships with

  schools, universities, training companies, and corporate L&D teams

  .
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide weekly

  sales forecasts

  .
• Work closely with Pre-Sales & Product teams to deliver tailored demos and solutions.
  
• Participate in

  education events, conferences, and roadshows

  to drive demand.
• Provide feedback from the field to improve product roadmap and GTM strategy.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-12 years of field sales experience, preferably in

  EdTech, SaaS, IT Solutions, or Enterprise Software

  .Insurance Banking
• Strong target-driven mindset with a history of

  consistent quota achievement

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  
• Ability to manage territory travel and meet clients regularly.
